OCBC Cycle 2025 will now be held entirely in a virtual format. This decision is due to the significant security resources required to ensure the safety of participants during the event, which will be limited during the weekend of 3 and 4 May 2025.

What this means for you:

• Registration: Registration has now closed.
• Refunds: All paying participants will get full refunds on the registration fee. Refunds will be through the following methods:
       i. Payment by credit/debit card – Refund will be automatically credited to the same card during registration.
       ii. Payment by OCBC Digital / NETS – Refund will be made to the participant’s registered mobile number via PayNow.
  Refunds will be made by 31 May 2025.
• Virtual participation: No changes to how it works for the Round Island Virtual Ride
• Event apparel: Participants can collect their event apparel at the Visitor Centre, Singapore Sports Hub, from 2 to 4 May 2025. 
• Medals: In order to get their medals, participants need to clock the distance they signed up for. They will receive the medal for the category they signed up for in the mail after they complete the virtual ride.

How It Works

• Complete 100km over a maximum of four rides, at any location of your choice (indoor/outdoor) from 3 May to 2 June 2025. Note that each ride must be completed within 24 hours. Take pictures of the following:
  • Your ride details – date, distance and duration – recorded by a fitness tracker/workout app that you use during your ride(s).
  • A picture of you and your bicycle from one of your rides; this can be taken at any point of the ride.
• You only have one attempt to submit these pictures via the user portal at www.ocbccycle.com by 2 June 2025 to indicate that you have completed your virtual ride.
• Your login details are your login code on your confirmation email and the email submitted during registration.
• An email will be sent to you to confirm the completion of your ride within seven days from your submission.
• The event medal will be delivered to you by 23 June 2025
