Longest Distance Award

Companies that take part in either The Business Times Cycle of Hope Corporate Bike Ride or The Corporate Bike Ride will vie for the Longest Distance Award.

Companies can choose to support any of our four chosen charities – simply indicate your choice at the back of your cheque. If no preference is indicated, the donation will be distributed equally among the four charities. Donations are tax-deductible. Receipts will be issued by the respective charities.

Longest Distance Award

Companies that take part in either The Business Times Cycle of Hope Corporate Bike Ride or The Corporate Bike Ride will vie for the Longest Distance Award.

Bring your own company apparel!

The registration fee per participant is lower for the Corporate Bike Ride because no event apparel is given. Companies may prefer to have their staff don company-branded apparel.

Corporate registration process

After reserving the places (between 18 April 2016 to 30 August 2016) for your colleagues, they need to complete their registration by 11 September 2016 to confirm their place.

OCBC Cycle Event Pack Collection

 

The Event Pack Collection for OCBC Cycle is held in conjunction with the Expo @ OCBC Cycle.

 

Participants will be able to collect their event pack and event apparel at the Event Pack Collection. For those who are unable to collect your event pack, you may authorise another individual to collect on your behalf.

 

Be the first 100 participants to collect your event pack between 2:30pm – 3:00pm, 3:30pm – 4:00pm and 4:30pm – 5:00pm each day to participate in our Dip & Win! Prizes are on a first come first serve basis*. Terms & Conditions apply.

Workshops and activities

Open to OCBC Cycle participants only

With a nominal donation fee of $6 per activity, you can enjoy a good time at our lead up workshops and activities! What’s more, your contribution also goes a long way in helping our charity partners.

SAFETY

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any cyclist from the event if they fail to adhere to the rules and regulations, or show a disregard for the safety of others/themselves.

 

Things you should do Things you should NOT do*
  • Secure your bib with the safety pins provided on the back of your shirt/jersey;
  • Place your helmet stickers on the left, right and front of your helmet;
  • Attach the bike tag around the seat post with the number facing backwards so it can be read from the sides
  • Ride without a cycling helmet;
  • Ride dangerously or negligently;
  • Wear any mobile music device while riding;
  • Use hand-held cameras or telephones while riding; or
  • Ride with Aero helmet
