Speedway Representative Acknowledgement Email 2023

Please note that this is not a confirmation of registration. Your team’s application will be reviewed, and we will contact you within five (5) working days.

Once your team’s registration is accepted, you will receive a payment email with further details on how to complete payment. Please note that your registration, including payment, must be completed within three (3) days upon receiving the acceptance email or your reservation may be cancelled.

After payment has been made, team representative will receive a “Payment Successful” email with 5 unique codes for all 4 members and 1 leader to individually register his/her personal details. After each member has successfully register with the code allocated by the team representative, they will receive a confirmation email sent to their respective email addresses with a unique reference code to view and retrieve their e-confirmation slip, via the event website.

All team members can register online using the codes from 7 February 2023. All team member’s details must be received by 24 April 2023 or the team’s registration will be voided. No refunds will be issued for unused promo codes.
